History: founded in London in 2008 as Something Modern Logic ltd. Built the Miri machine-learning architecture for taxonomic document classification, and consulted for Credit Suisse's exotic FX desk and JPMorgan credit trading. Assets and technology acquired by Altos Research in 2010.
